{Link N' Learn Links in the Manipulative Bowl}

The boys received these fun Links for Christmas. This is the set we have

but I happen to know that my aunt bought them at her local school supply store.

I put these in the bowl after the dominoes were put away and just left them out for a few days. After the initial excitement wore off I added some fun activities for the boys.

 This is a vegetable tray that was found at some thrift store at some point. The spaces are perfect for color sorting as well as holding small pieces. The middle section is holding two activities.

 One has counting cards with numerals and images. I laminated and cut the cards apart then punched a small hole in each. The boys count out the correct number of links and connect them to the cards. These are from 1+1+1=1's Brown Bear Brown Bear Tot Pack

The other is a matching game. Again, laminate, cut, punch holes. They have to find the two images that go together and connect them with links. 1+1+1=1's Farm Tot Pack
